What is the return policy?
-At Boho Eco Boutique™, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. However the tree planting, plastic bottle saving, and CO2 offsets that are included in the price with your purchase are considered and donation and are NOT RETURNABLE. Honoring the earth costs $15 for labor.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- For exchanges, we’ll happily send you a replacement of equal value, or you may choose to receive store credit.
Non-Returnable Items:
-Cost of Planting 2 Trees, Saving 8 Bottles Of Plastic From the Ocean, and offsetting 8kg of CO2.
- Custom-designed or personalized items
- Final sale and clearance items
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How long will it take to get my orders?
At Boho Eco Boutique™, we work hard to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Since we offer a range of products from various trusted suppliers in the U.S. and internationally, shipping times can vary. For many of our items, especially those sourced within the U.S., you can expect delivery within 4-11 business days. For items shipped from our international suppliers or custom-designed print-on-demand products, shipping may take up to 2 weeks. We cannot guarantee shipping times at the moment, but are striving to work towards it!

How Long does order processing takes?
Order processing at Boho Eco Boutique™ typically takes 1-10 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare your items for shipment, ensuring everything is handled with care. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly, and you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking.
What if my order arrives damaged?
At Boho Eco Boutique™, we take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to include photos of the damage and your order number, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We’ll either replace the damaged item at no additional cost or offer a refund or store credit—your choice! Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
